As a UX designer, my role focused on identifying key areas for improvement and proposing solutions that would meet the legal and functional requirements inherent in an infotainment system of this scale. This process involved analysing the user experience to ensure that each new proposal improved the user experience without compromising safety and regulatory compliance. I was also involved in the implementation phase, working closely with the development team to make improvements to the final system. Once the system was live, I was also involved in the bug fixing phase.
